My AC had been out for about 6 days during a heatwave combined with heavy smoke outside, and I haven't been able to open up my house at night for fresh air. The technician, Tim Andersen, showed up at the beginning of the time slot, figured out the problem, and fixed the issue. He replaced the fan motor and a capacitor, knew what he was doing, was very professional and knowledgeable, and very courteous. I am so grateful he was able to replace the motor today and not have to make me wait longer for a part to come in. My heartfelt thanks! Jackie Boardman
They were incredibly helpful, and pointed out the areas I'd overlooked so that I can address the basics at least the next time I have concerns about the heating systems. Very friendly and professional as well. Thank you Tim (and thank you for bringing along the second tech when you had areas you weren't familiar with - I apologize that I am blanking his name at the moment but very much appreciated)!
