Fantastic service from this company. Always fair, upfront with the costs and, most importantly, they *ask* you about your wishes with regards to the service you get.
Today, had a tech named Gage come out for a suspect bad motor in my furnace. He was able to isolate the issue and it turned out to be a bad capacitor.
While replacing that, he noticed the motor/housing was pretty gummed up from accumulated pet hair, dust, etc.
He offered to clean it out while he was in there. I looked at it and agreed it was necessary.
So, expecting to pay a bunch for a new motor, I feel well taken care of with a smaller part and a cleaning.
Gage was quick, professional and respectful of the cats who like to try to escape.
The furnace is working again I expect at least a few more years of service from it.
Really happy with the service, the tech, and the company.
Tracy and Gauge did outstanding work at our resort this last week and I am very impressed with their work. They are accountable and have great follow through. Their knowledge base was more than competent and I am excited to have the privilege of working with these techs.
The man who came to do the work at my home did an excellent job. He was nice and polite and cleaned up when he was done.

Had annual checks on both my propane backup generator and heat pump. Both technicians arrived as scheduled and spent time going over the details of their findings. Excellent service.
Tim was an excellent technician. I have a large house with two complete systems he had to inspect. One system was replaced by your company last year and is in excellent condition. His inspection of the other 12 year old system was also very detailed and he explained all the readings and what they mean. According to Tim it is operating correctly! I am so happy to be ready for the upcoming hot summer weather. Tks Tim
