Arrived on time, courteous, explained work to be done.
Explained option of monthly pay, covers heating and cooling maintenance . Did not give senior discount that was supposed to be given according to phone rep when appointment made. I forgot to ask but shouldn't have had to ask.
***** patiently answered my questions as he made sure the furnace is ready for winter. He has come in previous years and has always been friendly and professional.
ACI has been doing my service for years now, and our heating and cooling system has continued to perform well. I would recommend their service.
The men that perform the service have always be courteous and have worked to answer my questions, and have had my best interests.

He showed up on time and did a good job. He was clean and very nice and personable. He did his job in a timely manner and left the job clean.
I am very happy that ACI comes out every year to perform their maintenance and when I have to call them for an emergency they come out right away.
