About ACI Northwest

The HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) commercial division has been involved in many high-profile projects such as the Kroc Center, Silver Mountain Water Park, Kootenai Cancer Center, and smaller projects such as Discount Tire, local dental offices, and many tenant improvement projects. The residential division performs around 500 new and retrofit installations a year with an excellent referral rate of success due to ACI’s goal of 100% satisfaction.

ACI Northwest has been in business in the Coeur d’Alene and Spokane area since 1992, and it is owned and operated by Bill Radobenko Sr. In 2004, ACI purchased a residential and commercial heating and cooling company that had been doing business in the area for more than 60 years.

The heating and cooling division of ACI employs around 60 employees and offers residential and commercial service, maintenance, new equipment, and a 19,000-square-foot full-service sheet metal fabrication shop.
