We had a problem with prior service. I pay quarterly but discovered ACI missed two quarters of service and in fact the filter for one of the heaters had not been changed since April 2020. I finally got ACI to send out a maintenance technician and I'm glad because Tim Anderson was the one who showed up. All of the responses pertain to Tim. He was the consummate professional, he was thorough, attentive and discovered a lot of work that had not been performed. Very easy to talk to, personable and good at explaining technical matters. We want Tim to be the tech who cares for and performs all of our maintenance in the future.
Well that was easier and painless compaired to what I was prepared for from an estimates from another company, they pointed out the loose wire that solved what was said to be a problem ranging from 1300 to 4k... deffanetly using them again. Thank you tim
During this time when we are all trying to stay put Michael understood my situation as being an elderly customer of ACI. He wore booties into my home, gloves,a mask, & he sanitized everything that he had touched in my furnace room. I love this company. They go out of their way to make sure that we, as customers, are 100 percent satisfied when they leave. Irecently purchased my home two yrs ago and have used them from the beginning and will continue to use them. I recommend ACI to anybody who is looking for professional, courteous, prompt service and at a fair price. They are the ones who call me spring and fall for my Servicing otherwise I would probably forget it. the girls in the office are every bit as courteous and professional as are the gentleman Who come out to service the furnace itself. My kudos to ACI I'm just sorry I can only give them 5 stars...

Dean was very informative and on top of things like there was no power cord provided for the ultraviolet light on our filtering system. Honesty of his work is incredible. Thank you Dean. He is a credit to your business.
