ACI has always responded quickly to our heating needs. We signed up for the semi yearly checks for maintenance on our heating systems. Have a near 30 year old furnace. Worked to find the part I needed and installed it quickly in the middle of the busy season.

Artur was friendly and efficient. Found a capacitor that was out of specs. Explained why it needed to be replaced and installed a new one. While he wasn't able to find and fix the rattle which prompted my call he did assure me that the furnace was working fine. Overall I am satisfied with the level of service he provided.
Michael did our yearly furnace checkup and he was great! He gladly answered many questions I had to help me understand the details of our system better and did a very thorough job checking all aspects of my furnace.
