Using ACI for many years at multiple locations, the word that comes to mind is consistent. Whether it is Barb on the phone, Dean performing the expectation exceeding service, Jason estimating or any of the other team members, they are consistently knowledgeable, professional, friendly and see that the job is done right the first time
Our technician was a nice young man and our furnace was serviced and repaired to our expectations. I would have given a 5 star but there were a few things that i was unsatisfied about. 1 i gave the scheduler a heads up that our furnace was above the ceiling and accessed through our pantry. The service man showed up and needed to borrow our ladder, he also put on booties over his boots which i loved as our flooring was brand new, put in the day before. But he then made several trips to his truck and back with out removing his booties when he went outside in the rain. After he left i had to dry up and mop the floor as he left water and mud through out.

Everyone we dealt with at ACI was very professional. When we called and said that our furnace wasn't working properly, a service tech came out that same afternoon. He explained our problem. When we decided to purchase a new furnace, a sales person explained our options in detail and set up the installation within 2 days. The installation techs were highly professional and quickly installed our new furnace. If you need service to your furnace or a new one I highly recommend ACI.
