Nick showed up right on time and performed the furnace maintenance quickly. In the spring an ACI tech will perform maintenance on the air conditioner.
Nick was here this morning for some service that we requested. He remembered being here a few months ago, asked how everything was since then. He is truly an asset to your company!

I have an intermitant no start on my furnace. Turning it off and back on it restarts normally. I called to have it checked out.
Dan did a good job of doing a complete check of the furnace and explained possible causes but because it was not in a failed condition at the time he couldn't confirm the cause. The controler is suspect.
This is an old furnace and had Dan put me intouch with Jason in sales. We are now in the prossess of getting together.
ACI has maintained our furnace for the past 3 years and are now getting ready to install a new furnace.

I had my heater go out and no hot water. I had my doubts about ACI. I called ACI and met Dean who I liked right away. He was polite and very professional. He corrected the problem and we were very satisfied. Thank you Dean.
