As always, scheduling my semi-annual maintenance inspection is easy to do, and the technician (Dean Faias) is always on time. He is always pleasant, does a great job. I feel like having him view our system like this helps us stay ahead of problems and/or find them before they become big ones. As a result, our system continues to work great.

My family recently purchased a new, high effeciency furnace from ACI. We decided to purchase through ACI based on the professional manner in which Randy Ashby submitted ACI's bid, the precision in which the product information was relayed, and the overall feeling of ease ACI gave us from the beginning of this process. After having a prior bad experience with a furnace company, ACI went out of their way to be up front about their policies and furthermore, the process went exactly as it was explained, with no surprises. We received a courtesy call prior to the installation date and our installers arrived exactly on time. Rob Lillis and his co-employee Heath, started the job respectably by putting a sheet over my washer and dryer and followed this respectable and professional tone through the entire installation. We could not be more pleased about our experience with ACI and greatly appreciate a positive experience with a furnace company after such a negative one.
