Needed a new water heater installed as soon as possible. Excellent customer service from everyone from ACI. Jeff arrived within 45 minutes after I called to check the problem. Jason was out shortly after to give me a quote on a new water heater and Jim and Tracy had it installed the next morning. Would definitely recommend ACI.
I was very pleased with the service, on time arrival and the knowledgeable technician named Daniel "Dan". Very thorough, quick, professional service, informative, and friendly. I definitely recommend ACI (especially DAN), and would call them for any of my future heating and air conditioning services. Thank you Dan!
My husband and I own the Suntree Rv Park and love the technicians at ACI. The employees have gone above and beyond GREAT. We purchased a tankless water heater a few years ago and they have been so helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. We are now in the market for a new furnace and I'm sure they will take good care of us. I'm thankful that when we need service the technicians are here as quickly as they can and they don't leave us stranded. I especially appreciate Dean on the service call he helped us with today. He was terrific to work with, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend ACI to everyone. Thank you so much..

I appreciated Marina's call to let me know that Nick was delayed and would be here soon. Nick was professional and helpful in doing routine furnace maintenance and in securing new filters that are sometimes hard to find locally.

Nick was very polite and helpful. He arrived during the time window and called prior to arrival as I had requested. He wore booties over his shoes so he didn't leave a mess. A breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work.
