Bryar and his team did an excellent job Installing my A/C unit. They were on time, very pleasant to work with and patiently answered all my questions. They were mindful of my home and cleaned everything up afterward. I can't recommend them enough!
We started having problems with our furnace and decided a replacement was the best course of action. The original company who serviced the repair and came back for another potential repair wasn't considered, not even for a quote. Needless to say, I was a bit on guard because I knew this was going to be expensive. I did some research on furnaces, contacted Costco, requested a quote and was contacted by ACI. Kevin came out to talk with us about their products and I was completely impressed! My husband had to work so I would be doing all the legwork. I have had salespeople come out for quotes on previous products, like our A/C and Kevin is absolutely the most genuine, non-pushy, authentic representative I have met. I had questions, a lot of them and he had answers for me. He never once tried to "sell me" on anything. He listened to what I wanted and gave me the options to fit. My mom lives with us and I have overly cautious requirements about not letting people upstairs in our house. Kevin was completely respectful of this and I am very grateful. He was also available for questions after and I had a few. He was very responsive, very nice, extremely personable and I'm really happy he was assigned to us. The installation team of Aaron and Eddie finished our installation just today! They were both respectful, professional and worked so quickly the job was finished in around 4 hours. They left the area spotless, also were very respectful of my wishes to not come through the house and I can say we are the very satisfied owners of a brand new, 96% efficient Lennox! Costco chose the perfect company to partner with. They say the most important part of a new furnace is the installation, not the brand name. For us, the most important part of this process was trusting the company and people who came into our home. Kevin, Aaron and Eddie made this easy and painless. ACI, you have terrific employees! I want to thank you so much for the quick installation, great service and understanding of my mom's needs.

The installers were professional, extremely courteous and friendly. They showed as scheduled and completed the work in a timely manner.
