Andrew was very polite and knowledgable, wore his mask and booties during his visit. Found and fixed my electrical issue quckly. Cudos to Andrew for a job well done.

We had the good fortune to have Andrew Torres address some minor problems we were having with our GFCI outlets and to install a light fixture in our hallway. Andrew diagnosed the outlet problems quickly and made the necessary repairs. Andrew also made quick work of installing a light fixture on a vaulted hallway ceiling. Andrew was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, explained his work thoroughly and cleaned up after himself. It's refreshing to having repair technicians smiling and enjoying their work. Many thanks to ACI for sending Andrew to our home.
Andrew installed 240 volt in my garage and extra 120 receptacles in both my hose and garage. He did very nice tidy work. I couldn't be happier.
Ryan W. did an exceptional job with the maintenance on our heating system. He was friendly, polite, courteous, efficient, compassionate, respectful, timely, highly skilled and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me what he had done and how the system works as well as why the maintenance was necessary. Yet again we are very pleased with the service of ACI Northwest. I would recommend their services, and especially Ryan in a heartbeat. Thank you for a pleasant and satisfying experience! He brightened and warmed our day. It's refreshing that not only did he resolve our issue, but exceeded our expectations.
Dean was great, previous service arrangement with ACI left me with trepidations, but for repair Dean was able identify the issues and get the heaters up in running on a cold January day.
Tracy was did a great job completing the maintenance on our 7 units. He was good to work with and I am satisfied that all work was done properly. He went above and beyond by going on the metal roof to service the 3 units when the roof was covered with snow. It was very slippery and he probably would have been justified to do those units at another time but he got the job done.
