Monday to Friday, occasional weekends

JOB DESCRIPTION

The foreman is responsible for running crews, organizing daily tasks, holding daily safety meetings, entering crew time daily, and working closely with the Superintendents to ensure the job is on track to meet the progression goals. The foreman is also responsible for reading and understanding the blueprints of the projects and the specification of manuals. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, math, and grade-checking abilities are at the top of the abilities of a Foreman.
